Gal 2:20-21
“I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died in vain."

I recommend these grief e-mails to folks who have lost loved ones…
Sharing Your Grief
Day 41
Which of these sentences best describes you? Your spouse? Siblings? Children?
“I like to open up and share deep-felt emotions as often as possible.”
“ I can think of a million things I'd rather do than bring up the pain again by talking about it.”
Every person has his or her own way of reacting to grief, and men and women often respond differently.
"My husband still has a hard time just talking about it," says Dora, who lost her daughter.
"I think his way of dealing with it is to dive into work, to avoid it, to not talk about it. Many times it causes problems between us because I want to talk about it. For me, it's like he's not validating my suffering by allowing me to share it with him. For him, it's as if I'm opening up his wounds by wanting him to share it with me."
You cannot change another person to grieve in a way that pleases you, but you can give your concerns about that person to God and pray that he or she will someday open up and release those crippling emotions.
"Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective" (James 5:16).
Lord God, it's so important that I share my emotions with others. Only You can soften a heart that is hardened. Once again, I give it to You. Amen.

Recently while we were eating lunch after church one Sunday, my youngest son asked me what the highest number I had ever counted up to was.
I said I didn't know. Then I asked him how high he has counted.
“5,372,” came the prompt reply.
"Oh," I said. "Why did you stop there?"
"The sermon was over."

Welcome to Victor J. Adamson.com, a help site for homosexuals, their families and friends.
Do you have a son or daughter, a brother or sister, or a special loved one of any relation or of no relation who is Gay - Homosexual? Is your loved one out there wandering in the Valley of the Lost Sheep, wondering "Why me?" Are you yourself, perhaps, struggling with the Homosexual Orientation, or with some other besetting sin or addiction in your own life? And, as a result, are you wavering in your own personal relationship with Christ, your Creator and Savior?
The purpose of this Web Site is to share with you what Christ has done in my own personal life to save me from a downward spiral that was leading me in this life to ultimate destruction, and, even worse, to eternal destruction rather than life everlasting.
It is my prayer that at least some portion of my personal testimony, and the ministry of this Web Site, may help you, or someone you know, avoid some of the pitfalls that I have experienced through many years of living "the gay life." If my testimony is able to help even one person come to know Christ more fully and to accept Him without reservation as the Answer to the Homosexual Orientation problem, or the problem of any other besetting sin or addiction, then the mission of this Web Site has been accomplished.

When asked about rumors that he owned a bakery, Shakespeare replied, 'It's much a-dough about muffin.'
Elevators may bring you down, but to me they're very uplifting.

It is not enough to own a Bible; we must read it. It is not enough to read it; we must let it speak to us. It is not enough to let it speak to us; we must believe. It is not enough to believe; we must live it. --William A. Ward

Got this from Pastor Danny…
One day I hopped in a taxi and we took off for the airport.
We were driving in the right lane when suddenly a black car jumped out of a parking space right in front of us.
My taxi driver slammed on his brakes, skidded, and missed the other car by just inches! The driver of the other car whipped his head around and started yelling at us.
My taxi driver just smiled and waved at the guy. And I mean, he was really friendly.
So I asked, 'Why did you just do that? This guy almost ruined your car and sent us to the hospital!'
This is when my taxi driver taught me what I now call, 'The Law of the Garbage Truck.' He explained that many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage, full of frustration, full of anger, and full of disappointment. As their garbage piles up, they need a place to dump it and sometimes they'll dump it on you.
Don't take it personally. Just smile, wave, wish them well, and move on. Don't take their garbage and spread it to other people at work, at home, or on the streets.
